Moza offers a Free plan, a Pro plan, and a Pro Trial. Your plan determines feature access and quotas — such as storage, AI Credits, workspaces and members — for a workspace.
How it works
- Per-workspace entitlements. Limits and features are evaluated per workspace, not per account.
- Try Pro. A trial grants temporary Pro access with an expiry; when it ends, the workspace returns to Free gracefully and your data stays intact.
- Upgrade and extend. You can upgrade to Pro, add recurring add-ons (extra workspaces, members or storage), and buy one-time AI credit packs when you need more AI.
- Manage it. Plan usage and add-ons live in Settings → Billing.
Limitations
- If you downgrade and are over the Free storage quota, existing files stay readable but new uploads pause (after a grace period) until you free space or upgrade.
- Quotas and limits apply per workspace.
Common Questions
What happens when my trial ends?
You move to Free. Nothing is deleted — your data and history remain intact; only Pro-only quotas tighten.
Will I lose attachments if I downgrade?
No. Existing attachments stay readable and downloadable; only new uploads are limited while over quota.
Can I buy more AI Credits without upgrading?
Yes — one-time AI credit packs add credits to your pool. Upgrading to Pro also raises your regular allowance.
