Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to start the Pro trial?
Yes. The 14-day Pro trial captures your card up front so it can convert seamlessly. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid any charge.
What happens when my trial ends?
Unless you cancel first, your card is charged and your Pro subscription begins automatically at the end of the 14 days. Cancel anytime before then from Billing and you move to Free — nothing is charged and nothing is deleted; your accounts, history and documents stay exactly as you left them.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits power Moza AI — forecasts, analysis, natural-language actions and recommendations. Free includes a monthly allowance and Pro raises it substantially. If you need more, one-time AI Credit packs stack on top and never expire.
Can my partner or family use Moza without paying?
Yes. Workspace sharing is a Pro feature, but the people you invite can stay on Free — only the workspace owner needs Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel in two clicks from Billing, no lock-in. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your full financial history stays yours on every plan — Moza never deletes your data to make room. Free-plan limits simply apply to what you add going forward.
Is my financial data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time.
