Refund Policy
We want Moza to be an easy, low-risk decision. This policy explains when subscriptions and add-ons are refundable.
14-day Pro trial
New customers get a 14-day Pro trial. A payment method is required, but you are not charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If an annual plan renews and you contact us within 5 days before making significant use of features, we may issue a discretionary refund.
Add-ons
Recurring add-ons follow the same rules as subscriptions. One-time purchases (like AI Credit packs) are refundable only if completely unused.
