After a statement is processed, Moza shows every transaction on a review screen so you stay in control. Each row is categorized and marked with a confidence tier so you know exactly where to look before you confirm.
How it works
Confidence tiers tell you where to focus:
- High (very confident) — pre-approved for you.
- Medium — a suggestion Moza recommends; a quick glance is enough.
- Low — needs your review.
Tidy things up:
- Recategorize any row, or fix a merchant name.
- Bulk actions — approve, reject, or set a category for many rows at once (or all of them).
- Duplicates are flagged automatically and skipped when you confirm, so you never import the same transaction twice.
- Subscriptions & recurring bills Moza detects are offered as prompts — create them or mark them paid.
When you're happy, confirm and Moza creates the transactions. Each one is tagged so you can always see it came from a statement import.
Limitations
- Re-uploading the same statement flags every row as a duplicate; confirming won't re-import them.
- Categories are computed from your history first and AI only fills the gaps — so the more you use Moza, the better the suggestions get.
