Once activity is in Moza, the Transactions page gives you calm, powerful tools to keep it organized — without ever feeling like you're wrestling a spreadsheet.
How it works
Edit a transaction. Open any transaction to change its amount, date, account, category, merchant, notes and tags.
Use these tools to stay organized:
- Splits — assign parts of one transaction to different categories (for example a grocery + household receipt).
- Tags — a flexible way to group transactions across categories, like a trip, a project, or a reimbursement.
- Filters — narrow the timeline by date range, type (income / expense / transfer), account, category or tag.
- Search — find any transaction instantly by merchant or note.
Re-categorizing a transaction recomputes your budgets and insights automatically.
Limitations
- Changes apply retroactively to budgets and insights — this is intentional so your reports always match reality.
- Deleted transactions are soft-deleted to keep balances and history consistent.
