In Moza, your personal workspace is sovereign. Other group members have zero write access to your ledger. If someone else logs a group expense but designates you as the Payer, the transaction cannot be posted immediately. Instead, it enters a Pending Payer Review state, waiting for your explicit approval.
Common Questions
Why did a transaction show up in my review queue?
Because another group member logged a transaction and marked you as the payer. To prevent unauthorized additions to your bank ledgers, Moza routes this to your review queue for approval.
What happens if I reject or skip a transaction?
Skipping or rejecting the transaction marks it as skipped. It will not be added to your personal ledger or affect your account balances.
Does Privacy Mode hide my split responsibility?
If a Shared Group has amounts hidden, transaction totals are masked as ••••. However, your own estimated split share remains visible to you, allowing you to manage your obligations privately.
