The Activity log is a lightweight history of meaningful changes to your workspace's data — what changed, when, and how it happened (through the app, through Moza AI, or automatically). It's a record for your peace of mind, not a complex audit tool.
How it works
- Find it under Settings → Activity.
- A day-grouped feed shows created, updated, completed and deleted transactions, goals, budgets (including Move Money reallocations), subscriptions and accounts.
- Source is clear. Each row notes whether the change was made via the normal app or “via Moza AI”.
- Jump straight there. Each row links to the affected record.
Limitations
- The Activity log is read-only you can't edit or clear individual entries, as they serve as a secure ledger for your workspace.
- Only account-level admins and owners can view the Activity log.
Common Questions
Can I delete activity entries?
No. The Activity log is a read-only history for security and audit trailing, but you can delete the actual transactions or accounts themselves.
Who can see the Activity log?
Only workspace owners and admins. Normal members and viewers cannot access the Activity settings page.
Why does a change say 'via Moza AI'?
This indicates that you confirmed a change proposed by the Moza AI assistant in chat, which then updated your database ledger dynamically.
