Your financial data belongs to you. This explains the data-management options available today and what's coming.
How it works
You can remove data at several levels:
- Individual records — delete transactions and accounts (accounts with history are archived to protect your ledger).
- A whole import — open it in your Import history and choose Undo to roll back everything it added.
- An entire workspace — as a workspace owner, delete a workspace from its settings.
For a full account export (CSV/JSON) or complete account deletion, email [email protected] and we'll honor it. Self-service export and deletion in Settings are on the roadmap.
Limitations
- Self-service full-account export and deletion aren't in the app yet — today they're handled on request via support.
- Most records use soft-deletion to keep your ledger consistent, while stored files are removed to free space.

How do I export all my data?
Email [email protected] for a full CSV/JSON export. Self-service export from Settings is on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] and we'll process it. You can already delete individual workspaces, accounts and transactions yourself.
Can I undo a data import?
Yes. Open the import in your Import history and choose Undo to roll back everything it added.
