Workspace sharing, members, and seats · Moza

Learn about workspace member limits, stackable seats, and how sharing Pro entitlements works when collaborating.

Moza is designed for collaboration. You can invite partners, family members, or accountants to work in the same workspace. Features, storage, and member limits are governed by the workspace owner's plan and add-ons.

Common Questions

What happens if I invite someone who already has a Pro subscription?

If the user you invite is already an active Pro subscriber, they do not count against your workspace owner's member seat quota. The system automatically detects their Pro status and grants them access without deducting from your seats.

Who pays for AI Credits and storage used in a shared workspace?

The workspace owner pays. All storage uploads and AI-powered interactions inside a shared workspace draw from the workspace owner's entitlement pool, regardless of which member performs the action.

Does being invited to a Pro workspace give me Pro globally?

No. When working inside that shared workspace, you inherit all its Pro capabilities. However, your own personal workspaces will remain on the Free plan unless you upgrade them separately.
